Medical Forms
Applicable medical forms need to be filled out for ANY medication (including over the counter meds) or medical action plan that needs to be enacted during school hours or on any field trips or accelerator week experiences.

Athletic Participation Forms
Students need both a sports physical signed by a doctor AND the Athletic Participation Form turned in to be eligible to play a team sport.  Link to the Athletic Participation Form is found under the FORMS section in the PARENT Jupiter Account.  There is a space on this form to upload the physical.

Free & Reduced Lunch Form
Fill out this form to get financial assistance with school fees, field trip and accelerator week experiences.

STEAD has an active parent community to help our school thrive.

Parent Action Crew (PAC)
The STEAD Parent Action Crew (PAC) is a community of parents and family members who provide STEAD with support for events, community engagement and fundraising.

School Accountability Committee (SAC)
The SAC is a committee appointed by the STEAD school principle consisting of a small group of parents, community members, at least one student and a STEAD guide.
