On the north side of the building the foundation for the “legacy wall” is being prepared and the excavation has been completed for the soils & seeds lab foundation. Interior activity includes wall finishing and painting, flooring and work in the bathrooms and kitchen areas. On Walden Street the elevated crosswalk is underway and the drop off/pick up area is being prepped for concrete. Lots to be excited about!

7.21.21 Construction Update:The excitement continues at the STEAD School project. Framing has arrived and installation has begun! This means the interior will really start to take the shape of the school’s future layout. Meanwhile, outside, the first lift of asphalt was applied, turning what was once mud into defined parking lot.
